The Coat just blew my mind, beautifully made, good quality, warm as hell for those cold months, plus the shipment was super fast, it traveled around the WORLD and got to the states in a couple of days. The Bane coat reached to me a month back. As I opened it I had a doubt that the collar seems small. I was extremely disappointed. When I contacted Outfitrs, I asked for a refund. They replied to me that it was their mistake and surely I can get an exchange of this jacket. I didn’t want an alternation on the same piece because it will turn worse but they said that I’ll get the fresh piece. I was like fine, but if I getting another issue on this coat I’ll surely ask for refund and nothing else. They did not let that happen and they gave me a fresh piece earlier like after a week. I am very happy now and thank Outfitrs for this. Everything looks right and Costumer service was great, as well.

The quality is excellent! The leather is nice and the attention to details is amazing. I was concerned after I ordered the coat about the arrival timing. The company communicates about shipments however, tracking is sent obviously just before it ships. The coat is worth it and I will order from the company again!
