Shipping & Returns

Return and Exchange Policy:

There are certain requirements the customer needs to know about return and exchange. 

We encourage our buyers to read descriptions and measure sizing (using size guide) before ordering any item from our store. We ensure customers will follow as per the mentioned guidelines. If you have any queries regarding our return and exchange policy, don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@outfitrs.com.

Any item purchased from our store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Here are a few requirements. 

  • Please contact our customer service department as early as possible.

  • If the product was damaged during transit or difference in size and color, please email us at sales@outfitters.com with screenshots or sizing details.

  • Returning item(s) must be in their real condition and packing with tags. Item(s) used multiple times or damaged will not be processed unless it was damaged during the transit process. Please see the defective item(s) heading below.

  • We will require some days or more to process your exchange or refund. 

  • An exchange will only be processed only if size, color, or product is available.

Defective / Damaged item:

Any product that gets damaged during transit or has any defect, please contact as soon as possible. The customer is required to send us order number(s), photo(s), and other information that will help us understand the problem. 

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (3) days. (If not Shipped) or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item's amount.

Shipping Cost for Returning:

Cost for shipping item(s) back to us are borne by the customer. Please consider a reliable shipment service that also provides tracking.
